CUSTOM ORDERS:

Contact us with details of your design concept(s) for more information and price quotes contact@yourfavouritesubject.com. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Canada: 3-7 business days for in stock items. Back ordered items will receive a notification for timelines and restock dates and will ship within 3-5 business days once restocked online.

United States: 7-14 business days for in stock items. Back ordered items will receive a notification for timelines and restock dates and will ship within 3-5 business days once restocked online.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them based off of available stock. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



RETURN POLICY:


Sale items are final sale.
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping option as we cannot be held responsible for non delivered items.



REPAIRS:

Free repairs offered up to 90 days from the original date of purchase and are approved on a case to case basis and on items that have not been misused or mistreated.
A proof of purchase is required to authorize a Free repair.
After 90 days all repairs will be quoted on a case to case basis.
Some restrictions may apply.

RESIZES:

Resizes are offered within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be in original condition. All resizes are approved on a case to case basis and on items that have not been misused or mistreated.
Some restrictions may apply.

We do offer repairs on non Subject II Change pieces as well, contact us at contact@yourfavoritesubject.com.

Conditions of Repairs & Resizes

Customers are responsible for the repair and resize shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping option as we cannot be held responsible for non delivered items. Customers are responsible for any repair fees required for their pieces after the 90 day period.
