Birdseye Kingman Turquoise: “Birdseye Turquoise” a term that describes turquoise that is somewhat similar to spiderweb turquoise but instead of a “spider web look”, it is made up of light blue turquoise with a darker blue turquoise aggregations of tiny nuggets matrix. (Matrix is the remaining host elements found in turquoise stones such as quartz to metallic pyrite to sandstone, each adding unique qualities to the final stone)

Some of these mines have closed down and are no longer accessible.
